Dubai, UAE – Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a AED 450 million (US$122.5 million) building contract to Naresco Contracting LLC for the primary construction of the prestigious Central Park Plaza residential development located within City Walk.
The project includes two luxury towers—Tower A (23 storeys) and Tower B (20 storeys)—comprising a total of 212 apartments. This new addition will be integrated into the latest phase of City Walk, slated for completion in Q3 2027, further enhancing the upscale urban community.
