DAMAC Properties has unveiled the DAMAC District at DAMAC Hills, a new integrated community designed to merge residential, commercial, and leisure spaces in one destination. The launch highlights Dubai’s growing demand for developments that combine convenience with lifestyle-focused amenities.
The project includes two residential buildings and a business tower linked directly to DAMAC Mall, offering dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance. Amira Sajwani, Managing Director at DAMAC Properties, described the development as a milestone in the company’s vision for Dubai’s urban landscape. “DAMAC District embodies our vision of a truly integrated community where residents don’t just live but thrive, balancing work, wellness, and entertainment, all in one place,” she said during the launch event.
The community is equipped with wellness-oriented facilities such as a custom gym, AI training lab, yoga and pilates studios, and outdoor calisthenics zones. It also offers red light therapy, a sensory tank, and a zen lounge, underscoring the developer’s focus on health and innovation. Shared spaces will feature urban farming areas, private dining pods, BBQ stations, and dedicated zones for children.
Professionals will benefit from smart meeting rooms, collaborative pods, and outdoor workspaces designed to create an environment that encourages productivity. Investors were quick to show interest, with the project drawing both regional and international attention at its official launch.
Pricing starts at Dh1.1 million for one- and two-bedroom apartments, while commercial office spaces are priced from Dh6.1 million. DAMAC has introduced an attractive 60:40 payment plan, requiring 20 percent upfront, 40 percent spread across 40 months, and the remaining 40 percent upon handover.
