Binghatti Breaks ground By Securing a Master Community Land in Nad Al Sheba for $6.9 Billion.
Dubai’s Real Estate Scene Gets Bigger: Binghatti Enters the Master-Community Game
Binghatti Holding Ltd., known for its bold architecture and branded luxury residences, has officially stepped into the master-planned community space with a landmark acquisition in Nad Al Sheba 1, located in Dubai’s Meydan district.
Spanning over 8 million square feet of gross floor area, the newly acquired freehold land will host Binghatti’s first large-scale residential development — a project valued at over AED 25 billion.
Strategically situated near iconic Dubai landmarks and easily accessible via major highways, the site was once home to the legendary Nad Al Sheba Racecourse. This transformation symbolizes a new era of elevated urban living in the area.
Chairman Muhammad BinGhatti emphasized the importance of this milestone, calling it “a pivotal moment” in the developer’s evolution. He credited their “solid financial foundation” and “vertically integrated model” for enabling a self-funded purchase of such scale, with expectations of setting “a new benchmark for integrated living in Dubai.”
Currently, Binghatti is working on nearly 20,000 residential units spread across 30+ projects in areas like Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Village Circle, and more. Their standout branded residences, developed in partnership with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co., have drawn attention from global celebrities like Neymar Jr. and Andrea Bocelli.
This bold leap into community development marks a significant diversification from Binghatti’s traditional focus on vertical luxury living — and could reshape the landscape of Dubai’s residential offering for years to come.
