Danube Properties Unveils Aspirz, Its First Mixed-Use Tower in Dubai Sports City

UAE developer Danube Properties has officially launched Aspirz by Danube, a new 40-story mixed-use tower in Dubai Sports City. Aspirz consists of two connected towers: offices occupy floors 2–15 and residential “hotel apartments” span floors 17–40. The development offers a total of 698 units, including 266 customizable office suites and 432 furnished apartments. Danube describes the building as Dubai Sports City’s tallest mixed-use tower, blending workplaces and living spaces with more than 30 premium amenities. Danube has extended its signature 1% payment plan to Aspirz. Buyers pay a small down payment (around 10% of the unit price) and then make 1% of the unit price each month during construction.
