Sobha Realty Unveils 71-Storey Skyscraper in Meydan Dubai
Sobha Realty has announced the launch of a new luxury skyscraper in Meydan, one of Dubai’s most prominent residential and commercial hubs. The new 71-storey Sobha Tower, standing at an estimated height of 300 meters, will be among the tallest structures in the Meydan area.
This high-rise, named “S Tower at Sobha Hartland 2”, is part of Sobha’s Privy Collection and will include just 105 ultra-luxury units, each spanning approximately 5,430 to 5,440 square feet. Sales for the project will follow a by-invitation-only model, ensuring exclusivity and curated client experiences.
According to Sobha Realty, pricing details will only be disclosed to pre-qualified clients. “The S at Sobha Hartland 2 is not a mass-market offering. It’s designed for a niche group of investors seeking premium real estate with unmatched design and location,” said a company spokesperson.
The new tower reflects Sobha’s continued confidence in Meydan and the surrounding Nad Al Sheba region. Earlier this year, rival developer Binghatti made headlines by acquiring Dh25 billion worth of land in the same district for future landmark projects.
This latest Sobha tower follows the developer’s earlier venture — the completed S Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, a 62-storey residential skyscraper measuring 229 meters in height. That tower recently saw a record-breaking sale of a unit for Dh100 million, reflecting the strong demand for super-premium real estate in Dubai.
Beyond Hartland and Sheikh Zayed Road, Sobha Realty is working on Sobha Central, a multi-tower luxury development also located in Dubai’s main business corridor.
Dubai’s luxury real estate market continues to grow, with new projects targeting affluent buyers and international investors seeking high-value assets. As the emirate positions itself as a global hub for property innovation and ultra-luxury living, developments like the S Tower reaffirm its direction.
