Dubai South has unveiled the VIP Terminal Boulevard at the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, marking a significant expansion aimed at catering to rising global aviation demand. The development, stretching 769 meters and featuring 16 buildings, will offer more than 204,000 square meters of amenities and retail spaces.
The boulevard is located adjacent to the existing VIP Terminal and will be developed in multiple phases, beginning in 2026. Aviation One, a six-story building with modern architectural design and practical layouts, has already commenced construction.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Emirates Group, said the project would strengthen Dubai’s role as a global aviation hub. “The VIP Terminal Boulevard is a significant addition to the world-class facilities at Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub. It will open new opportunities for leading aviation companies and luxury brands to flourish, while further strengthening Dubai’s position on the global aviation map,” he said.
